HOW SHOULD I STORE THE MEAT WHEN I GET IT HOME?
A functioning fridge will do the trick and all items should be stored at a temperature of no more than 5°c.
Our till systems allow us to accurately label our products with a use by date. If you're not planning to use your items within the date specified, they can be frozen and we'd advise doing this as soon as possible to keep your products as fresh as possible.
As a general rule, we usually advise consuming your goods within 5 days, with the exception of processed goods such as mince and burgers. These items we advise consuming within 3 days.
